Another of our original suppliers, brother and sister Sheridan and Jonathan, source all our fresh herbs and vegetables.

Starting in 1997 in a small farm shop in Shepperton, they moved into a unit on the Loseley House Estate near Guildford in 2006 and it is from here that they now operate their wholesale business.

Every night they head up to Covent Garden with our ‘wish list’ and select their customers requirements. Its not unusual for Sue to text them at 3am when she wakes up in a blind panic, remembering something she’s missed of the order for that day and as if by magic, it’s delivered that morning.
