Having spent many years in the seafood industry, Sue already had a few key suppliers waiting in the wings for when she eventually plucked up the courage to open The Fish Shop. And that foresight and planning proved to be very successful, because she still works with most of those original suppliers. She’s added a few new ones over the years, as the range has expanded, but all our suppliers have the same drive to deliver only the very best quality over anything else.

We believe that loyalty is really important, ensuring that our suppliers know that if they look after us with exceptional quality, then we will continue to give them our business. Our suppliers have learnt just how much quality matters to us, and over the years we have built such great relationships with them all. We are very lucky to be blessed with so many dedicated people who truly are the gatekeepers of quality; it makes our job so much easier.
