We're seeing some amazing landings with so much variability in price that I'm keeping website ordering switched off for a few more days. There have been huge price drops across the board with fishermen catching big volumes on Wild Bass, Wild Bream, all the flat fish and lots more. We’re really proud of our farmed bream, they are such beautiful fish and our customers absolutely love them. We generally buy larger fish of around 800g to a kilo each, which means they have an amazing texture and flavour and are utterly delicious either roasted whole, or simply pan fried as fillets. Throughout the summer months we bring in slightly smaller fish of around 350g, which are the perfect portion for a main course for one, and great for popping onto the barbecue

We will prepare these, scaled and gutted with the head left on, gills removed. If you would prefer fillets, select from the fillet menu

Simply stuffed with herbs, drizzled with a little oil and roasted in the oven, these fish are super easy to cook. If you want all the work done for you, why not try our pre-marinated super-garlicky bream fillets instead... they come in ovenable bags so all you have to do is pop them in an oven for 15 minutes and dinner’s on the table.
