Our large dressed crabs arrive with us live, and we cook them freshly every day. We then pick and dress the crabs, presenting them back in the shell. Each crab is a good size for 2 to share, unless you're feeling particularly hungry

A 1-1.5kg crab is a generous portion for one, or perfect for 2 to share as a 'light lunch'. We cook and dress these, removing all the delicious meat from the nooks and crannies, and present it back in the shell

Delicious with a light salad, thick cut white bread and a little mayo. Try adding a tiny amount of dijon mustard to the mayo for a little 'lift'
