This is where our creativity really shines. Our Ready to Cook counter is bursting with colour, flavour and ideas with everything prepared fresh throughout the day, using the same beautiful fish you’ll find on our main counter.

We do all the hard work so you don’t have to. Choose your favourite dish and we’ll happily pop it into one of our “cook-in-the-bag” oven bags - no fuss, no washing up, just perfect seafood, ready to bake.

 

 

 

 

 

Our selection changes with the seasons, but you’ll usually find:

  • Piri Piri and Garlic King Prawns - our all-time legends

  • Cornish Monkfish Loins wrapped in Parma Ham - a customer favourite

  • Scallops with ’Nduja Butter, or King Prawns with ’Nduja for a fiery kick

  • Cornish Hake (or Cod) with Chorizo Crumb

  • Homemade Fishcakes, made with our own fish from the counter - just 20 minutes in the oven

  • Mum’s famous Crab Cakes - still made to her original recipe

  • Luxury Fish Pies, rich with a cheesy béchamel sauce

  • Lobster ThermidorsSuper-Garlicky Lobsters, Smoked Haddock & Smoked Salmon Tartlets, and the show-stopping Lobster Mac & Cheese

Seafood Kebabs — The Summer Favourite

When the sun comes out, our seafood kebabs take centre stage. Handmade throughout the day using the freshest fish and shellfish from our counter, they’re marinated to perfection and ready for the grill, oven or barbecue.

From Piri Piri King Prawns and Herby Swordfish to Monkfish with Chorizo and Chunky Tuna Skewers, every one is bursting with flavour.

In peak season we can make over 2,500 kebabs a week...that’s how popular they are! They’re simple, delicious and guaranteed to impress, just pop them under the grill or straight on the BBQ.
