We’re very proud of our farmed Bass. We buy larger fish, which means they have an excellent flavour and texture. Each fillet is a generous portion portion for one.

Bass is so versatile and can be used to create a simple supper for 2, or as an impressive main course for guests. However you decide to enjoy it, there are plenty of fabulous recipes that work well
