At last! We've cracked the en croute... Jasmine's new product is going down a storm. Chunks of our WesterRoss Salmon with a creamy cheese spinach and dill filling wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Each en croute is a generous portion for one as a main meal

Preheat oven 180'c (fan)
For best results, brush with egg-wash before cooking
Place on baking tray
Cook for 25 mins until golden

Ingredients: Pastry (WHEAT FLOUR, water, vegetable fats and oils (palm, rapeseed), alcohol, salt, concentrated lemon juice, yeast) farmed WesterRoss Salmon (FISH), Cream Cheese (MILK) Milk, Spinach, Dill, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Salt
