One of the most colourful kebabs in our summer range and a real favourite with customers looking for something a little different.

Made using our huge XL King Prawns, these kebabs are coated in a vibrant Thai-inspired marinade packed with fragrant ingredients including lemongrass, coriander, ginger and cumin. A touch of chilli provides gentle warmth, while citrus and aromatic herbs bring freshness and balance.

The natural sweetness of the prawns works beautifully with the bright, zingy flavours of the marinade, creating a kebab that feels light, fresh and utterly moreish.

Perfect for barbecues, garden parties or sunny evenings when you’re looking for something a little more adventurous than the usual burger and sausage.

Serve with rice, an Asian-style slaw or simply a crisp salad and a cold glass of something lovely.

Cook over a medium-high barbecue for around 3-4 minutes, turning regularly to ensure an even cook. For best results, place the kebabs on a small sheet of foil with a raised edge to catch all the delicious juices released during cooking.
