We're seeing some amazing landings with so much variability in price that I'm keeping website ordering switched off for a few more days. There have been huge price drops across the board with fishermen catching big volumes on Wild Bass, Wild Bream, all the flat fish and lots more. Farmed in Scotland by the wonderful team at WesterRoss, our whole salmon ranges from 3-5kg. The perfect centre-piece for any buffet, the fish will be gutted and gilled ready for cooking 'on the bone'. If you would prefer fillets, we have our fully trimmed boneless WesterRoss salmon sides available

Allow 2 people per kilo as a main course or 4 per kilo as part of a buffet
