Salmon Kebab - Jerk Spiced

New for 2026 and already proving incredibly popular.

Prepared using chunks of our exceptional skinless and boneless salmon fillets, these kebabs are coated in a bold Caribbean-inspired Jerk marinade packed with flavour. Spring onion, garlic, thyme and warming spices such as allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves are combined with jalapeño and chilli to create a marinade that is rich, aromatic and unmistakably Jerk.

There’s definitely a little heat here, but it’s balanced beautifully by the natural richness of the salmon and the subtle sweetness from the vegetables and spices. The result is a kebab that’s full of character without overwhelming the fish.

Perfect for barbecues, garden parties or simply adding something a little different to the dinner table.

Traditional Jerk seasoning originated in Jamaica, where combinations of allspice, chilli and thyme have been used for generations to flavour meat and fish.

Allspice is the defining flavour of Jerk and, despite its name, isn’t a blend of spices at all. It’s a single berry that tastes as though cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves have all been combined into one remarkable ingredient.

The secret ingredient isn’t the chilli - it’s the allspice.

Cook over a medium-high barbecue for around 4-5 minutes, turning regularly to ensure an even cook. For best results, place the kebabs on a small sheet of foil with a raised edge to catch all the delicious juices released during cooking.

Also fantastic cooked under the grill or in a hot oven.
