Another classic from the Canary Islands, but this one brings the heat.

Mojo Picón Rojo is deeper, richer and more intense than its green counterpart. Made with piquillo peppers, garlic, chilli and hot Spanish paprika, it delivers warmth, smoke and a slow-building spice that lingers beautifully.

There’s sweetness from the peppers, depth from the olive oil and sherry vinegar, and a measured kick from the chillies. It’s bold, but balanced.

Traditionally served with Papas con Mojo (Canarian wrinkled potatoes), it’s equally brilliant with seafood and grilled dishes.
