We love finding really good shortcuts, and these little risotto kits are a brilliant one.

Made in Italy using Carnaroli rice with the herbs and ingredients already added, simply tip everything into a pan with olive oil, add a splash of white wine and gradually add hot water while it cooks. Finish with a knob of butter and some grated Parmesan for a wonderfully creamy risotto in around 20 minutes.

Perfect when you want something delicious without starting completely from scratch, and a fabulous accompaniment to fish and shellfish. Add a simply pan-fried fillet, a handful of prawns or some scallops and supper is sorted.

Porcini Mushroom or Lemon & Pea - just choose your favourite and add the fish!
