Our sides come from Severn & Wye Smokery, whose traditional smoking skills and exceptional fish have earned them a Royal Warrant - a pretty impressive seal of approval!

The salmon is smoked with care to give it that lovely balance of delicate smoke, richness and natural salmon flavour, and is presented laid back on the skin, ready for the table.

Choose pre-sliced for effortless entertaining, simply open the pack, lift away those beautiful D-cut slices and serve. Or, for those who enjoy doing things the old-fashioned way, choose an unsliced side and hand-carve it yourself. There is something immensely satisfying about carving wafer-thin slices straight from the side.
