Crevettes are just fishmongers' terminology for a cooked King Prawn. We use our Ecuador Kings, brine them to bring out the natural sweetness and then cook them in our preparation kitchen. Cooking in the shell is brilliant for prawns and they're sweet, juicy and full of flavour

Cooking tips

There's no need to do anything to these apart from peel and enjoy. They're delicious with Stoked Cocktail Sauce or Delicioso's Ali Oli.

If you're planning to cook with prawns, try the raw Ecuador King Prawns, they're the same prawn, just uncooked.
