Cooking tips

We will supply these in our 'ovenable' cook bags.
Simply pre-heat your over to 180'c, pop the whole bag onto a baking tray, set your timer for 15 minutes, remove from the bag, plate and enjoy


One bass fillets is the perfect main course portion Our marinated bass can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days. If you would like to keep it longer it freezes really well
