A wild caught prawn from the ice cold waters around Greenland, these prawns are slow growing and full of flavour and texture. We buy the largest size, with minimum glaze and we're really very proud of them - they make the ultimate prawn cocktail As these have been frozen they can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days.
