Platters are a huge part of what we do and always hugely popular. Our Signature Platters (serving 1 to 12) and Lobster Platters (serving 1 to 6) are prepared to order using the same beautiful fish and shellfish you see on our counters. Generous, abundant and carefully arranged, they’re designed to impress without any stress on your part. Please note that we can't create bespoke platters for Christmas week - there are simply too many for us to prepare in the little time we have to do it. Everything is made fresh on the morning of collection and will keep perfectly in the fridge for two full days, so you can collect on a Saturday if you're event is on a Monday!
