Herbilicious Bass Fillets
Prepared using generous fillets of our beautiful farmed Bass, these portions are drizzled with our Herbilicious marinade and packed in an ovenable cooking bag, ready to go straight into the oven. The combination of herbs, garlic, sweet pepper and olive oil works wonderfully with the delicate flavour of the Bass, creating a light, fresh and incredibly moreish dish that's perfect at any time of year. The ovenable bag keeps all those delicious flavours exactly where they belong, helping the fish remain beautifully moist whilst creating a simple supper with virtually no preparation and very little washing up. Suitable for freezing, they're ideal to keep on standby for those evenings when you want something quick, delicious and effortlessly impressive. Fresh fish. Fabulous flavour. No fuss. Place the unopened ovenable bag onto a baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes. Carefully open the bag before serving as steam will be released.
That's all it needs.
Serving Suggestions
The fresh herb flavours work beautifully with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, buttery new potatoes or a simple green salad.
For an effortless summer supper, serve with baby potatoes and green beans, allowing the delicious juices from the bag to act as a light dressing.
