Tartare Sauce
A proper tartare sauce should be creamy, sharp and fresh, not sweet and gloopy. Stokes blend rich mayonnaise with chopped gherkins and capers for that classic balance that cuts beautifully through fried fish, grilled fillets or seafood platters.
