YOU CAN'T ORDER THESE ONLINE! After one particularly enthusiastic customer attempted to order 100kg, we've decided fish bones are best requested the old-fashioned way. If you'd like 1kg of fabulous fish bones to make stock, simply send us a text 07354 and we'll pop some away for you. Include your order number if you've pre-ordered the rest of your fish online. We'll add them to your collection and select the very best bones available on the day. Fish stock is one of the simplest ways to elevate your seafood cooking and a good stock starts with good bones.
