GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS It is said that the most Argentine of sauces is so named after its jumbled methodology; chimichurri, apparently, equates to “a mix of things in no special order”. Well, that may be true. But the output is special indeed. LONG LIVE THE GREEN SAUCE The presence of oregano in No. 17 adds a herbaceous headiness, contested only by the earthen warmth of ground coriander and the piquant ordinance of lemon and garlic. Like its raw namesake, this butter can be spread, drizzled, and smeared over just about any savoury dish your stomach desires; it is especially good with scallops and prawns
