Scallops are always one of the most popular choices for Christmas. Although fishermen try to land more at peak times, demand is always so high that availability of our usual Extra Large Shetland Scallops is very challenging over Christmas week. There are 2 options - buy your scallops late November / early December and pop them in the freezer - they will still be perfect for Christmas OR give us a call to place your order for Christmas week - you can then let us know of you'd like a few extra scallops if they all arrive on the smaller side. We have the same challenges every year for this one mad week!
