Sweet Chilli Sauce
Sweet, gently fiery and incredibly versatile. Made with red chillies and peppers, this sauce balances sweetness with a clean chilli warmth that builds gently rather than overwhelming. It’s glossy, vibrant and just sharp enough to keep things lively. It’s not subtle, but that’s the point. Perfect as: ~ A dipping sauce for prawns or calamari ~ A glaze for salmon or prawn skewers ~ A marinade ~ A drizzle over fish burgers ~ A quick lift for stir-fried seafood Sweet chilli might not be traditional fishmonger territory, but sometimes you just want that sticky, spicy-sweet hit alongside seafood. And this one does it properly.
