Yellowfin Tuna Loins

We are very proud of our tuna. It's all line caught, sashimi grade from the Pacific Ocean. 'Super-Frozen' to minus 60'c the quality is exquisite. We slice our boneless 'steaks' from 3kg loins and can cut to any thickness you require. Because it has been frozen, we don't recommend that you re-freeze at home, but it will keep perfectly in your fridge for 2 full days

Cooking tips

Keep it simple. Brush the steak with a little oil, then sear on a hot griddle or pan. Utterly delicious with a refreshing, freshly made mango salsa - finely dice mango, red onion, red chilli and coriander then squeeze on some lime juice and it's done
