Massaman Curry Paste
Winner – Great Taste Gold Award 2020 Shemin’s Massaman curry paste is both aromatic and more importantly, freshly made. It contains an array of wonderfully fragrant fresh Thai ingredients such as galangal, red chilli, and lemongrass, as well as the traditional delicious curry ingredients of tamarind, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper and cinnamon. Judges said: “This makes a rich and indulgent looking curry sauce. The ginger and chilli add a comforting heat while the tamarind imparts a citrus tang. A complex combination of spices that are well balanced to give long length to the flavour, taking you on a journey.” All Shemin's products are made in small batches to their own original recipes, using only fresh and quality ingredients.
