Judges said: “This makes a rich and indulgent looking curry sauce. The ginger and chilli add a comforting heat while the tamarind imparts a citrus tang. A complex combination of spices that are well balanced to give long length to the flavour, taking you on a journey.” All Shemin's products are made in small batches to their own original recipes, using only fresh and quality ingredients.
