From everyday favourites to show-stopping centrepieces, our Shellfish range brings together the very best of the British coast alongside a few exceptional additions from further afield. Seasonality plays its part here. As mussels move out of condition in early spring, spider crabs begin to appear. Lobster season really gathers pace from June through to September, when quality and availability are at their peak. We follow the rhythms of the coast and buy accordingly. Live lobsters, dressed crab, prawns, scallops, mussels and clams all carefully sourced, beautifully prepared and always chosen for quality. Whether you’re planning a simple supper or something celebratory, this is where you’ll find the good stuff - delicious, seasonal and chosen with care
