Sicilian Lemon & Dill Mayo
Fresh, bright and beautifully balanced. Made with free range egg mayonnaise, proper lemon juice and plenty of dill, this is one of those sauces that instantly lifts seafood without overwhelming it. You get real citrus sharpness, herbal freshness and a clean, rounded finish. It’s light but still creamy. Zesty but not sour. And the dill gives it that gentle aromatic edge that works so well with fish. Perfect with: ~ Smoked salmon ~ Grilled sea bass ~ Prawns ~ Crab ~ Simply cooked new potatoes alongside fish If you like your seafood fresh and vibrant rather than heavy and rich, this is a very good one to have in the fridge.
