Fish Soups & Rouille
From one of the most celebrated kitchens on the northern French coast, Maison Perard has been serving its iconic fish soup in Le Touquet since the 1960s. Created by Serge Perard, these recipes have become something of a legend - rich, deeply flavoured and unmistakably French. Now you can enjoy them at home. Each soup is beautifully balanced and ready to gently warm through... whether you choose the classic Fish Soup, the luxurious Lobster Bisque, or the delicately sweet Crab Soup. Serve simply with crusty bread, or the traditional way with croutons, grated Emmental and a generous spoonful of rouille. The rouille is the finishing touch - a silky, garlicky mayonnaise that melts into the soup, adding depth, warmth and that unmistakable restaurant-quality finish. Comforting, indulgent and effortlessly elegant, this is proper French seafood cookery, just made easy.

Ingredients: Water, Fish (40%), tomato purée (double concentrated), maize starch, natural flavourings, salt, modified maize starch, aromatic plants, saffron (0.01%)

Ingredients: Water, Crab (Crustaceans) (20%), Fish, maize starch, natural flavourings, tomato, modified maize starch, salt, aromatic plants

Lobster Bisque (Bisque de Homard)
Ingredients: Water, Lobster (Crustaceans) (25%), Fish, maize starch, natural flavourings, modified maize starch, tomato, white wine, Cream (Milk), salt, aromatic plants

Rouille (Garlic Sauce)
Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, water, Egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, spice), natural flavourings, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, paprika extract
