Cooking tips

Get your pan nice and hot, no oil is required. Pan fry the tuna for around a minute if you like it rare or 2-3 minutes if you like it a little more cooked.

These are ideal to create a kind of poke bowl. Serve over sticky, soy sauce drizzled rice, with any of the following to give different textures...chopped avocado, edamame beans, grated carrot, chopped spring onions, diced cucumber. It's such a delicious way to enjoy our tuna chunks
