Our Signature Platter remains our most popular seafood platter and has been enjoyed by thousands of customers over the years. Whether it's a quiet supper for two, a family celebration or part of a festive feast, these platters have become a firm favourite for good reason.

Beautifully presented and ready to enjoy, each platter combines a selection of our most popular smoked fish and shellfish, creating an impressive centrepiece with absolutely no preparation required.

Every person receives:
• 1 Mini Dressed Crab
• 1 Chunk of Kiln Roast Salmon
• 1 Roll of Smoked Salmon
• 1 Boneless Smoked Mackerel Portion
• Peeled King Prawns or North Atlantic Prawns (depending on availability)
• Crayfish Tails
• 2 Cooked Crevettes
• Homemade Smoked Salmon Pâté
• Homemade Smoked Mackerel Pâté
• Lemon Wedges & Fresh Parsley

Available in sizes from Serves 1 right through to Serves 12, each platter is prepared fresh by #TeamFish and presented in a lidded tray, ready to place straight onto the table.

All our platters will comfortably keep refrigerated for up to 2 days, making them perfect for entertaining and special occasions.

Please note that from time to time supply issues may affect some of our usual platter ingredients. If this happens, we will substitute with something equally delicious and of similar value.

At Christmas they're so popular that #TeamFish have been known to prepare hundreds in a single day, with our current record standing at an incredible 771 platters on Christmas Eve. We're still not entirely sure how we managed it either.
