As spring turns into summer, the days get lighter and we see a little more sunshine, many of you take to the garden to make the most of the outdoors.
Cooking outside is always a joy, and in these challenging times its great to get out of the house and breathe some fresh air

Summer also means a start to the Native Lobster season, and Andrew our intrepid Lobster Fisherman will be out on the water hauling his pots and sending them up the A303 to Camberley. Enjoy our freshly cooked lobsters, chilled with a glass of something sparkly, or have them topped with our garlicky marinade and fire them up on the barbecue, but summer is definitely when you should be making the most of the season
And finally, as well as lobsters, crabs are now at their best, full to bursting with lots of succulent white meat – perfect for getting out the mallet, putting on a bib and ‘cracking’ on in the garden to waste away a couple of hours. Adam supplies us with his Devon crabs all year round, but they really are exceptional through the summer months. Avalable as live, freshly cooked whole, or cooked and dressed. And we also have his stunning hand-picked unpasteurised white crab meat available every day.
