Joii work closely with their partners in Korea & Japan across all areas of the operation from their high standards of responsible fishing
methods, landing, handling, and fast freezing of the tuna through processing and transport to their premises in Chessington. Their
patented ‘superthaw’ technology further enhances the quality of the tuna to maximise taste and colour of the natural fish without any
additional preserving processes.
Customers wishing to eat fish without cooking, can be reassured that our tuna will be safe to eat raw as Joii are the only the only BRC
AA* approved raw, ready-to-eat fish production in the world! Not only is it prepared and processed to exceptionally high standards but
each batch of tuna is tested and guaranteed to be legally histamine-free
