Cooking tips

These are perfect on the barbecue and take around 4-5 minutes on a medium to high heat. Although you can pop them straight on the grill, its much better to put them on a little foil, with a raised 'rim'. This way you can gather all the delicious juices as the fish cooks. Turn the fish throughout the time on the grill to ensure an even cook
