The ultimate luxury and oh so decadent!. Everyone's favourite, Mac & Cheese taken to the next level. A super-rich cheese sauce with Gruyere, Edam and Mature Cheddar, crab meat for an additional shellfish 'hit', shallots and a sprinkling of cayenne. Each portion has a whole lobster tail in bite sized pieces and is topped with a parmesan crumb.
