Acetum wine vinegar is a product that combines the highest quality, guaranteed by the experience of Acetum, practicality and care for the environment. It is obtained via two integrated systems: a traditional system involving natural, slow fermentation in large wooden vats over vine-shoots (the “Trucciolo” system) and a more modern system involving fast fermentation in steel containers (the Frings method). Acetum wine vinegar is accurately selected and only the highest quality is bottled in completely-recyclable PET bottles with a paper label. A modern system fed by clean energy guarantees an annual production capacity of more than 15 million bottles: large numbers, with a quality that is checked with great attention to detail.
