A bright, clear red vinegar with a slightly fruity flavour and a subtle sweetness. Produced from Nemean grape varieties of Agriorgitiko, Merlot and Cabernet grown in the Kalamata region of the Southern Peleponese in Greece
Ideally suited for cooking, sweet & sour style sauces and for marinades or dressings. Especially delicious with oysters
