Our extra large cock crabs come from the boys at Portland Shellfish in Dorset. They arrive with us live, and we cook them freshly every day. We carefully pick the meat from the shell, then present it back in it's shell with one claw left whole All crabs collected over Christmas week will be perfect kept refrigerated for a minimum of 2 days. Christmas Eve collections will be perfect to enjoy on Boxing day. If you wish to keep them longer, they can be frozen
