Using the same fresh fish from our counters, we blend everything with freshly cooked and crushed Maris Piper potatoes and the other ingredients to create our Signature cakes. 'Scotch Egg' shaped and full of delicious fish, they make a quick and easy mid-week treat

Cooking tips

Pop in a pre-heated oven at 180'c for 20 minutes. Ideal for freezing and can be cooked straight from the freezer, just add an extra 12 mins to the cooking time.
